CHRIS
I have grown up surrounded by the sea and ocean around the Straits of Gibraltar. Sailing has been my passion since I was very young thanks to my family who introduced me to this world. Cruising during all these years, has given me an extensive experience as a captain and diving instructor, including nine Atlantic crossings as well as passages from northern Europe to the Med. Seasons extending from the Red Sea, Adriatic Sea, East & West Med, South coast of England and Caribbean, also given me detailed experience of these areas. Water sports are also an enormous passion of mine, combining them within my work schedules for guests.
On working and providing luxury charters together with my partner for the past eight years, we have created a reputable team, considered to be calm, agreeable with an easy disposition, connecting with guests to guarantee their relaxing and enjoyable holidays on board.
NATALIA
I have been involved in the service industry for most of my working life, from a young age with increasing responsibilities and skills learnt with my family’s restaurant businesses.
Then I moved on to sports therapeutic masseur, gravitating naturally to applying and developing my skills on deck, initially as a deck hand on a 55’ sailing yacht in the Mediterranean and Caribbean and then evolving in experience and further qualifications in cuisine and hospitality.
Holding deck and interior qualifications, make me a versatile and motivational leader of a hospitality team. Enthusiastic in my work and pay attention to detail.
CHARLIE
Having grown up sailing in the northern coast of Spain and being a member of a fourth generation of seafarers, has given me a sound relationship with the tradition of the oceans and an enormous passion for water activities allowing me to travel to different corners of the world while competing in regattas.
While finishing a degree of Master Mariner, I have been involved in sailing yacht deliveries and charters in various regions which has helped me to develop people skills and local knowledge about every charter destination. Training a successful sailing team combined with surfing, wakeboarding and diving has helped me to interact satisfactorily with guests during their charter holidays on board.
